Introduction. The article justifies the relevance of creation of educational system in the subunits of a military university. One of the main goals of the educational system in the first stage is to create a pedagogic team of the course.
Materials and methods. The main research methods involve analysis of scientific literature on the problem of pedagogic system of education institutions, guidelines of the system, activity, personality-oriented, acmeological approaches, as well as diagnostic methods including observation, description, discussion, questioning, testing, methods of statistical data processing.
Results. The authors have developed a military university subunits' educational system which reflects the conditions of its functioning and the main activities of military-political work aimed at professional development of military universities students.
Discussion. The educational system proposed by the authors can be recommended for practical use in military universities.
Conclusion. It is concluded that the implementation of the facilitation concept and educational system in the military university subunits will contribute to professional development of military universities students.
